Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a temporary Maintenance job to work at a large facility based near Great Shelford, Cambridge CB22.
Pay rate up to £18.00 p/h, working hours M-F 9am-5pm.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance job will involve the following duties
Planned and reactive maintenance & minor mechanical and plumbing installations.
Maintenance to refrigeration and air conditioning, air supply and distribution, steam and hot water generation and distribution, heating, ventilation.
Responsible for reactive breakdown service to mechanical plant and equipment and carry out repairs.
Carry out pipework to water supply, sanitary appliances and drainage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferred candidates will hold qualifications or an apprenticeship in a relevant discipline or someone working towards a qualification in a Mechanical, Plumbing or Heating & Ventilation trade would be considered for the Maintenance job.
Have the skills and knowledge of mechanical plant and previous experience working in a similar Maintenance job role.
Ideally candidates applying for the Maintenance job will be available to start work immediately, have a good working background and be well presented.

The Maintenance job is based near Great Shelford, Cambridge, CB22.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance job is paying up to £18.00 per hour
