Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a Maintenance job for a Healthcare provider based near Colchester, Essex CO4.


Permanent, paying up to £36k per annum, working 37.5hrs pw + excellent benefits offered.


JOB DUTIES


The Maintenance job will involve the following


Carrying out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance within the building.

Basic electrical installations, fault finding and PAT testing.

Attend to the maintenance jobs involving basic repairs of heating & plumbing systems.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


The candidate for the Maintenance job will ideally hold qualifications in a building services discipline, preferably in an electrical trade.

The Maintenance job would suit someone working in a previous role in facilities or healthcare environment as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Electrician, Maintenance Engineer or Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Be well presented & have excellent communication skills.

The Maintenance job is based near Colchester Station in Essex CO4 5EY.

Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week)
