Maintenance Job available to work at a stylish hotel in West Drayton, UB7.
Salary up to £27k pa, working 8hr early and late shifts including weekends.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance job will involve the following
Responsible for carrying out general maintenance throughout the hotel,
respond to all the guest enquiries and ensure maintenance jobs are resolved.
Some basic carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating.
Ensure all maintenance jobs are carried out in accordance with the health & safety regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance job will have property maintenance experience. Someone who has worked in a similar Maintenance Job preferably in a hotel environment. Be well presented and have good communication skills.
JOB LOCATION
The Maintenance job is based near West Drayton Station, Greater London UB7 9DY.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance job is paying up to £27k per annum
Early and late shifts 6.30am-3pm/10am-18.30pm/14.30pm-11pm
