Permanent Maintenance Job available to work in a luxurious hotel based near Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21.
The Maintenance job is paying up to £25k per annum, working Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm + benefits.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance job will involve the following
Carry out basic maintenance within the hotel.
Basic electrical maintenance and plumbing works.
Attend to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance.
Respond to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Job will have previous experience working in a hotel environment, suitable candidates for the Maintenance Job will be someone who has worked as a Maintenance Handyman, Shift Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Fabric Maintenance Engineer. Must be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

The Maintenance Job is based near Basingstoke Station, Hampshire RG21 5AH.
