Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a Maintenance Job with an established FM provider. Working in a large centre based near to Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1. Temp to permanent role, salary offered up to £32k.
M-F 37.5hrs pw + call outs 1 in 3. Great benefits offered.
The Maintenance Engineer Job will involve plumbing works and general fabric maintenance.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Job will involve carrying out general maintenance and repairs.
Plumbing maintenance jobs, repairs, unblocking sinks, changing shower pumps, tap washers and radiator valves. Some basic electrical repairs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferably the applicant for the Handyman Job will hold plumbing qualifications or completed plumbing apprenticeship.Ideally have experience carrying out plumbing maintenance.
Someone who has worked as a Plumbing Apprentice, Plumbing Mate, Plumbing Assistant, Maintenance Plumber,
Plumber, Plumbing Handyman, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Assistant or Maintenance Technician would be suitable for the Maintenance Job.
The Maintenance Job will involve call outs one in every three and a full UK driving licence is required.

The Maintenance Job is based near to Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance Job is temp to perm.
Salary offered up to £32k
£100pw call out allowance
Company vehicle provided for call outs.
