Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Job at 5* hotel based
near Bond Street, London W1C. Permanent, Maintenance Job - £27k pa, working 40hrs pw including weekends.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Job will involve the following
Carry out preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance of all plant & equipment.
Attend to guests requests for maintenance jobs, repairs & fault logs for building services & general building maintenance
Responsible for any maintenance jobs including building fabric, basic mechanical & electrical maintenance, painting/decorating & performing repairs on interior and exterior landscaping.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant for the Maintenance job will be someone who is multi Skilled and a good working background, preferably experience in a similar Maintenance job role in a Hotel or commercial building.
Basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Suitable candidates for the Maintenance job would have worked in a job role as a Maintenance Handyman, Maintenance Assistant or Maintenance Technician.

The Maintenance job is located near Bond Street Station, London W1C 2HU.
