Maintenance job available to work in an international 5 star establishment near Chiswick, London W4. Permanent, paying up to £25k pa, working 8hr shifts M-F incl weekends. Excellent benefits offered for the Maintenance job.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance job will involve the following
Carry out basic maintenance throughout the hotel such as basic plumbing maintenance including repairs to leaking taps, appliance repairs and basic electrical work.
Some painting, decorating and basic carpentry.
The Maintenance Assistant will ensure maintenance equipment, tools and working areas are kept in good condition.
Ensure maintenance repairs are performed effectively and efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance job will have multi skilled maintenance experience, organised, hard working & have excellent contactable references.
Preferable come from a similar job working in a customer facing or hotel environment or experience.
The Maintenance job would suit someone who has worked previously in a maintenance job as a Maintenance Handyman, Maintenance Shift Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance person.

The Maintenance job is located near Chiswick Station, London W4 3HB.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance job is paying up to £23k per annum
M-F 8hr early and late shifts. inc weekends.
