Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Job for a high profile Client, based near Highgate Station in London. The Maintenance Job is working in a large Grade II listed property, that goes beyond what is expected of a 5 Star hotel. This is a sought after job role & comes with excellent working conditions & benefits, the hours are M-F 9-5 & the salary is up to £38k + Benefits.
JOB DUTIES OF THE MAINTENANCE JOB
Working within a team, the Maintenance Job will involve the upkeep of the property. Responsible for preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment. Duties include fault finding, service & repairs to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC & building fabric. The Maintenance Job will also involve any other ad-hoc duties to maintain this prestigious high-end property.
JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE MAINTENANCE JOB
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Job would be from a 5 star hotel background & be suited & booted & groomed to the standards expected in a 5 star environment. Discretion & professionalism is key in this role as visitors could include Royals or Celebrities. The Ideal candidate would have worked in a previous Maintenance Job as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Job will preferably require someone who has experience with LTHW systems, air-conditioning systems & heat pumps, ideally hold a relevant mechanical, refrigeration or electrical qualifications.

Salary offered for the Maintenance Job is £38k pa, Hours are 9am to 5pm.
