A temporary maintenance job opportunity has come up for a mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer, to join a stunning hotel in Salford, Manchester M3, to assist the maintenance team for 1 month, but this could extend, the job is paying up to £23 p/h ltd & the hours will be Shift & there is lots of overtime for the Maintenance job on offer.

Job Duties

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Job will be responsible for

• Electrical & Mechanical maintenance, breakdowns & repairs.
• General work include maintaining refrigeration & repairs to toilets, hot & Cold water supply.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation during all work activities.
• Have initiative & ensure that all breakdowns & repairs that are completed & in a safe condition.
• Communicate with team members on any breakdown information to the best of your knowledge.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the maintenance job will be

• Multi-skilled with a mechanical, plumbing or HVAC trade or equivalent.
• Ability to demonstrate proven track record in a Maintenance Engineer job, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good communication skills, live in a commutable distance of Salford in Manchester.
• Have good contactable references & be able to start on the contract immediately & available for site visits this week.
• Would be a Maintenance Engineer & have worked in a similar job such as Building Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Hotel Maintenance Engineer or Estates Engineer in a previous position.
