Our client is looking to fill a temporary ongoing job for a Maintenance Plumber for 3-6 months possibly longer. 

Working for a housing maintenance services company. 

The Maintenance Plumber will work mobile around Southwark, London.

Vehicle will be provided. 

Pay rate up to £23p/h, M-F 40hrs pw, between 8am-6pm.

JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Plumber job will involve

The Maintenance Plumber will carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs and small installations.

The Maintenance Plumber will perform general maintenance in various trades such as ground works, carpentry, plumbing, glazing and finishing trades (painting & decorating, plastering / tilling). 

The Maintenance Plumber will undertake a broad range of multi-skilled repair activities to provide a comprehensive repair service. 

The Maintenance Plumber will ensure all work and related activities are carried out in accordance with current H&S legislation.

Ensure that all tools provided are properly and appropriately operated, cleaned and stored as well as to ensure that the vehicle is safely and correctly driven and all equipment, materials safely stored. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Plumber job will be a fully qualified Plumber and have multi skilled maintenance experience.

Ideally have worked in a similar Plumber job with experience of working in the building and trades industry carrying out repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted properties.

The Maintenance Plumber will have customer service experience and have the ability to deal with issues and prioritize works.

Candidates must be able to work at heights and have a full clean driving licence for the Maintenance Plumber job.
