Job Duties

The Maintenance Plumber job will involve

• The Maintenance Plumber will carry out planned maintenance of plant and equipment including central heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems.
• The Maintenance Plumber job will involve call outs responding to emergencies, diagnose and and repair faults.
• The Maintenance Plumber job will involve multi skilled maintenance jobs as required, assisting maintenance team members. 
• The Maintenance Plumber job will also involve some installation jobs.

Job Requirements

• Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Plumber job will have experience working in a similar building services maintenance job.
• The Maintenance Plumber will hold plumbing qualifications or a completed apprenticeship in a mechanical or plumbing trade discipline.
• Knowledge of health and safety, able to work in a safe manner and ability to work under pressure would be required for the Maintenance Plumber job.
• Someone who has worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer Mechanical bias, Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Craftsman or Building Services Maintenance Engineer would be suitable for the Maintenance Plumber job.
