Maintenance Plumber required for an educational facility based in Barnet, London EN5. Salary offered up to £32k pa + benefits.

The job is temp-perm, working M-F 8am-4pm + call outs.

JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Plumber job will involve carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance to mechanical and plumbing systems including pumps, boilers and AHU’s.

Multi skilled maintenance duties and general plumbing works.

Maintain cleanliness of areas such as plant rooms and workshops.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The applicant for the Maintenance Plumber job will be fully qualified in a mechanical, plumbing or HVAC trade or completed apprenticeship.

Preferably have experience with commercial maintenance of mechanical

plant and plumbing systems.

Previous experience working as a Plumber, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Plumbing Technician, HVAC Engineer or Maintenance Technician in a commercial environment.

The Maintenance Plumber will require a full UK driving licence for the job.

Have basic knowledge of H&S regulations and be able to work unsupervised.
