Blade Recruitment is currently looking for a Maintenance Plumber to work in a high profile commercial building, close to the Barnet area, North London EN5. Working hours for the Maintenance Plumbing Job will be M-F, 35 hrs p/w & the salary offered is up to £31k + Benefits, will work as & when required at another facility near to Kings Cross, London.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Plumber will be primarily involved in the maintenance of mechanical & plumbing systems including pumps, boilers & AHU’s. The Maintenance Plumber will carry out multi-disciplined maintenance duties, both planned maintenance & reactive maintenance to a high standard using appropriate tools, equipment '& machinery.
The Maintenance Plumber will work on various other systems in conjunction with other maintenance technicians. Ensure that all working practices are carried out to Health & Safety Regulations & that appropriate risk assessments are undertaken before any maintenance work is commenced.
Responsible for the upkeep & cleanliness of areas such as plant rooms & workshops. Advise on the procurement of spares & materials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant for the Maintenance Plumbing Job will hold a recognised qualification or apprenticeship in a mechanically or plumbing related discipline.
Will have experience of building maintenance within a similar job & have experience of electrical & HVAC systems. The Maintenance Plumber will carry out general plumbing maintenance. Ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative. Have good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
The Maintenance Plumbing Job will require the Maintenance Plumber to have a driving license & participate in the out of hours call out rota & will be flexible with working weekends.

The Maintenance Plumbing Job is based close to Barnet, London & the Maintenance Plumber will work as & when required at another facility near to Kings Cross, London.

Hours M-F 35 hrs p/w, between 7am-7pm on a rota basis.
