Our client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to work in a commercial building based in Cambridge, CB2.
The Maintenance Plumbing job is temporary, paying up to £16.00p/h.
Working hours M-F 36.5hrs pw.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Plumbing job will involve carrying out planned & reactive plumbing maintenance, minor mechanical & plumbing installations. Undertake works to water supply pipework & drainage. Identify maintenance issues & faults and carry out repairs. Carry out general building repairs & basic fabric maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Plumbing job will hold qualifications or apprenticeship in a plumbing trade, or someone who is working towards these qualifications in a plumbing, mechanical or HVAC industry.
Previous job experience working in a maintenance environment & knowledge of plumbing systems, AHU’s & heating plant.
Be familiar with working from ladders, scaffolding and raised platforms.
Ability to prioritise works, have good organisational skills and communication skills.
Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office, Email and Internet applications.

M-F 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm
