Maintenance Plumbing job at a large facility near Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN5. Temporary job to lead to a permanent position.
Pay up to £32k + working M-F 8am-4pm incl weekends + call outs.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Plumbing job will involve carrying out mechanical maintenance to pumps, boilers, AHU & HVAC systems.
Assisting other maintenance staff in general building maintenance & carry out basic electrical work.
Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to and undertake risk assessments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Hold qualifications in a plumbing or mechanical trade discipline and have experience with industrial or domestic mechanical equipment.
Preferred candidates will be multi skilled and have knowledge of electrical equipment.
Ideally have worked in a similar maintenance plumbing job in a hospitality or commercial environment.
Full UK driving licence required. PC literate + have good interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
