Our client, an elite west end Hotel in the heart of London has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber to join their team, based near Knightsbridge, London SW3.
The Maintenance Plumbing job is paying £40k pa & hours M-F 7-4.
Meals on duty provided & there is excellent opportunity to grow &
progress in your career.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Plumbing job will involve the following
Responsible for planned and reactive plumbing maintenance within the hotel.
Maintain and respond to breakdowns, carry out plumbing repairs and some installations. General plumbing including fixing leaking taps, unblocking sinks & pipework. Maintenance to hot & cold water systems and water treatment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant for the Maintenance Plumbing job will be a trade qualified Plumber or have relevant mechanical or plumbing qualifications.
Have experience in a similar Maintenance Plumbing job in a hotel or commercial building, including a basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, air con, BMS systems & M&E plant maintenance, would be ideal.
Suitable candidates will be multi skilled, organised, hard working &
have excellent contactable references.
