Maintenance Plumbing Job for a Luxuru Hotel based in Hammersmith, London W6. Salary up to £32k + Benefits. Permanent - M-F 8.30am-4.30pm
JOB DUTIES OF THE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER JOB
The Maintenance Plumbing Job will carry out planned preventative maintenance on plumbing equipment & systems. Respond to reactive plumbing jobs & carry out fault finding & repairs. Water treatment, legionella testing & measure water temperatures. Carry out other plumbing & maintenance duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER JOB
Ideal candidate for the Maintenance Plumbing Job will hold plumbing qualifications or equivalent. Knowledge of hot & cold water distribution services & experience working with commercial plumbing systems, preferably have water treatment experience & asbestos awareness knowledge. Have excellent presentation skills & customer facing experience.
