Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Plumbing Job at a high end building near Newmarket, Suffolk CB8.
The Maintenance Plumbing Job is temporary, pay rate up to £16.00 p/h + working M-F 40hrs pw, 8am-4.30pm. Immediate start.
JOB DUTIES
The candidate for the Maintenance Plumbing Job will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to plumbing systems in the building. Undertake plumbing works to pumps, water services, pipe work and leak repairs. Carry out fabric maintenance such as painting and basic joinery & minor electrical work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferred applicant for the Maintenance Plumbing Job will hold plumbing qualifications or a completed apprenticeship in a plumbing or mechanical trade. Ideally worked in a commercial environment, be multi skilled and have previous general maintenance experience.

The Maintenance Plumbing Job is located close to Newmarket in Suffolk, CB8.
