A leading hospitality group is looking to fill permanent jobs for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a boutique hotel in Staines, Middlesex.

Maintenance Supervisor jobs offering up to £33k + excellent benefits.

40hrs pw incl weekends.

JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules.

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for guest rooms and public areas.

The Maintenance Supervisor will perform daily checks around the hotel.

The Maintenance Supervisor will develop procedures to ensure health and safety and compliance with statutory regulations. 

The Maintenance Supervisor will prepare budgets for engineering.

The Maintenance Supervisor will maintain and repair mechanical equipment and maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred candidates for Maintenance Supervisor jobs will hold a qualification in a maintenance trade. 

The Maintenance Supervisor will have good knowledge of building management including plumbing, painting and decorating.

The Maintenance Supervisor will have a positive attitude, good communication skills and excellent customer service experience.

The Maintenance Supervisor will have the ability to work under pressure and on their own.

Ideally candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor job have experience working in a hotel environment.
