Maintenance Supervisor job available, working in a Grade II listed building near Hampstead, London NW2. To Salary offered up to £30k + benefits, working 40hrs pw, 

Monday to Friday including some weekends.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Supervisor job will involve the following duties

Ensuring the property is maintained to high standards, monitor the maintenance systems and ensure plant is operated correctly and that service contracts are maintained.

The Maintenance Supervisor job in the London area will be responsible to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a prompt manner.

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the maintenance of all electrical equipment, kitchen equipment, controls, fire safety systems interior & exterior of the building and 

carrying out general maintenance & repair duties.

The Maintenance Supervisor job is responsible for the health & safety compliance, to establish safety issues that may arise in the absence of maintenance and be responsible for the full training of team members.

Maintain all maintenance stock and ordering when necessary, assist in setting budget and controls appropriate to ensure maximum profitability in all areas.

Assist in planning, design, document review and approval for all capital and inhouse projects ensuring maintainability and serviceability.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor job will have previous experience working in a hotel environment. 

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritise workload. 

A good knowledge of the Health & Safety regulations.

Great relationship building skills with the customers and the team.

Flexible and cooperative in the workplace to ensure the smooth and 

successful operation of the hotel.
