Permanent job available for a Maintenance Technician to work in a high rise commercial building based in Liverpool Street, London EC2M.
Salary up to £42k per annum, working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
JOB DUTIES OF THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician Job will involve carrying out planned maintenance & reactive maintenance throughout the building. Perform emergency electrical breakdowns effectively & efficiently. Ensure all paperwork regarding reactive maintenance is maintained. Carry out routine maintenance to lighting, fire alarms, power systems, FCU’s, AHU & HVAC plant. Plumbing, BMS, heat exchangers & general air conditioning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Ideally the candidates for the Maintenance Technician Job will hold hold electrical, plumbing or mechanical qualifications. Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting systems, heating & ventilation. Suitable candidates for the Maintenance Technician Job will have worked in a commercial or customer facing environment.
