Working at a high end venue in Liverpool Street, London .

Pay rate up to £16.00p/h + overtime.

Early & late shifts, 40hrs pw incl weekends.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Technician job role 

will attend to preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance  

of plant & equipment incl HVAC, mechanical & fabric.

Responsible for building services & general building maintenance .

The Maintenance Technician job will  include carrying out basic carpentry painting.

Job Requirements

Preferred applicants for the Maintenance Technician job will be someone with a multi skilled background who has a good knowledge of building maintenance.  

Have worked in a similar job role as a Maintenance Technician in a facilities or estates department ideally in a hotel 

or the hospitality industry.

Be flexible with working hours & happy to work shifts.  Have a Positive, can do attitude.
