Salary up to £38k, 12hr days shifts, 4 on 4 off.

JOB DUTIES
The candidate for the Mechanical Building Services Engineer job will be responsible 

for maintaining plant and equipment. 

Carrying out maintenance to mechanical equipment and systems.

The Mechanical Building Services Engineer will carry out plant room checks and record work on mechanical services. 

The Mechanical Building Services Engineer job will also involve some general maintenance as repairs such as basic electrical and plumbing works. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Building Services Engineer job will be a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer and have experience in a similar Building Services Engineer job.

Preferably the Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have experience working in a hotel environment. 

Applicants for the Mechanical Building Services Engineer job will ideally be multi skilled and able to carry out general maintenance.

The Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be extremely well presented and have good interpersonal skills.
