Our client, a provider of mechanical maintenance services is looking to fill a temp to perm job for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work at a large static site in Southall, West London.

Salary up to £36k pa, working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7am-4pm.

JOB DUTIES

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job will involve;

Carrying out maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical building services systems.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will perform mechanical maintenance on building service plant and systems.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will carry out commercial plumbing maintenance and installs.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will test plumbing systems for leaks and any other problems.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will carry out servicing, water softener plant, swimming pool maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job will have mechanical or plumbing qualifications.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have experience carrying out mechanical maintenance in a commercial environment.

Have strong communication skills.

Ideally the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will live commutable distance to West London.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job is based near Southall station, West London UB2 4AA.
