Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job
Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job role to work for a leading M&E maintenance provider based in Canary Wharf, London. Salary offered up to £35k pa + van + benefits. M-F 40 hrs pw + call outs. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job is mobile around East & SE London working in commercial buildings.
Job Duties
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job will involve carrying out mechanical maintenance, planned & reactive maintenance to mechanical plant & equipment, pumps, motors and AHU’s. Monitor mechanical plant and BMS systems.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will do plumbing maintenance & repairs such as replacing taps & washers.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will carry out some basic electrical work.
Job Requirements
Ideally candidates for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job will hold mechanical qualifications or equivalent & have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance & have multi skilled maintenance experience & have good working knowledge of mechanical plant & equipment.
The mechanical maintenance engineer job role will suit someone who has worked in a similar job as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Plumber, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical bias Maintenance Technician or Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer would be suitable for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job. Full UK driving licence is required for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer job.
