Job Duties

The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer  job will involve the following

The multi skilled maintenance engineer will be responsible for planned maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance & minor works. 

Basic M&E plant maintenance & repairs of all building fabric, painting, carpentry, lock changes, basic plumbing and electrical works.

The multi skilled maintenance engineer will be required to diagnose faults, carrying or assist with any necessary repair work.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer job will be someone with a multi skilled background.

Good knowledge of building maintenance, facilities or estates.

Be well presented & have excellent communication skills.

The multi skilled maintenance engineer job will require someone with a full clean driving licence.
