Blade Recruitment is currently trying to fill a temp job role for a Painter and Decorator Enfield area, to work in a local stylish, recently refurbished boutique hotel located 5 minutes from Cockfosters.

This incredible listed building is a popular, comfortable hotel, with facilities including a pub and restaurant.

The Painter and Decorator Enfield job is temp for 6 months, however this contract could be extended, the painter and decorator job is for an immediate start and the ideal candidate would be a painter and decorator from enfield, with an easy commute to work, there is onsite parking and meals are provided when at work.

Job Duties

The painter and decorator, Enfield area is to assist with all areas of refurbishment, an ongoing painting project managed by the hotel Chief Engineer.

The painter and decorator job will involve assisting with other areas of hotel maintenance when required including responding to guest problems and issues and the refurbishment of guest bedrooms, hotel corridors and common areas, hotel bar and restaurant including the interior and exterior areas of the hotel.

The Painter and decorator job role will involve carrying out regular floor checks and inspections of all paint work and wall coverings around the hotel.

Attend emergency attendance call-outs and be responsible for being on call one in 6 weeks.

Comply with all health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

The painter and decorator, Enfield area will ideally have experience in a similar job role and have worked in the maintenance department of a hotel.

The candidate should have excellent painting skills and be able to work neatly and produce quality workmanship.

The candidate should be proactive and be able to work unsupervised while having excellent team skills for group projects, someone with a stable working history who is reliable and has an excellent disposition for dealing with guests and colleagues.

An excellent understanding and a good level of speaking English is required, the candidate must be well presented at all times and be computer literate.

Job Location

The painter and decorator Enfield job, is located near to Cockfosters, ideally the candidate would be able to drive to work and there is onsite parking available.

Job Offer

The painter and decorator Enfield job role is paying up to £14.63 per hour

The job is a 6 month temp contract.
