Blade Recruitment is trying to fill an Electrician job for  fill in and change to white . The Electrician job is paying to £xxxxx p/h, working M-F 8am-5pm, the position is to start immediate.

Job Duties

The candidate for the Electrician job will be:

  • Responsible for preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
  • The Electrician job role will cover minor installation remedial works.
  • The candidate for the Electrician job will be required to attend to minor plumbing, painting touch ups & some decorating, M&E fault finding & maintenance and hot & cold water supply issues when required.
  • Responsible for general building services & all building maintenance.
  • Responsible for assisting all onsite contractors.
  • The candidate for the Electrician job will respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, repair equipment & order parts & arrange repairs.
  • The Electrician job role will assist with 1st line maintenance of HVAC, Refrigeration & air conditioning plant at the building.

JOB DUTIES

The Painter and Decorator job will involve

Filling and sand holes before painting.
Carry out painting and decorating includes the walls and ceilings.
The Painter will also carry out some wallpapering.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred candidate for the Painter and Decorator job will have previous experience working in a hotel or commercial environment.
Able to carry out painting and decorating to a high standard.
Be well presented and have good communication skills.

JOB LOCATION

The Painter and Decorator job is based in Hampstead, London NW3.
