Permanent plumbing jobs available for a leading UK property development company. Mobile plumbing job role involving installations of new wet rooms in occupied properties. Working hours M-F 8am-5pm.

JOB DUTIES

The Plumbing job will involve removing existing bathroom suites and installing new wetrooms. Works will include removing wall tiles & flooring, removing walls, cupboards and opening up doorways.

Altering pipeworks, attending to plumbing job logs and installing level access trays. Install new hand wash basins and toilets. Laying sheet flooring, up stands and welds, decorating & plastering rooms on completion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred applicants for the plumbing job will hold plumbing or joinery qualifications. Have experience with installing wet rooms and showers.

Be multi skilled & competent in joinery, plumbing, plastering, floor and wall tiling.

Be customer service oriented, good communication and presentation skills.

Ideal candidates for the plumbing job will have experience working in a building environment and completing repair work in occupied homes. Have good numeracy and literacy skills.

Full UK driving licence is required for the plumbing job.
