Our Client, a luxury 5 star hotel located in the heart of Knightsbridge, London is looking to fill a permanent Shift Maintenance Engineer job role. The Shift Maintenance Engineer job in London is paying up to £40k pa and the hours are 12 hour shifts, days only 4on and 4 off.

Job Duties

The Shift Maintenance Engineer job in London will involve:

• Preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Maintenance of Electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fabric for the building.
• Monitoring BMS, attending to breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
• Hot and cold water supply and basic plumbing tasks.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
• To perform small building repair work as required
• The Shift Maintenance Engineer job in London is responsible for emergency repairs for guest bedrooms and services with an immediate effect
• The Shift Maintenance Engineer job duties include completion of a variety of tasks and jobs, from touching up paintwork, fixing broken doors, fixing leaks and doing room refurbishments.
• Offering an incredible guest experience, performing quality workmanship and always representing the hotel in a professional and respectful manner.

Job Requirements

The Shift Maintenance Engineer job in London requirements:

Ideally have working in a hotel environment as a shift maintenance engineer, be a fully qualified Electrician and be well presented with excellent communication skills.
