Blade Recruitment is currently looking for Wet Room Installers to work mobile around Buxton, Derbyshire for a leading property management group. Working in occupied properties providing a high level of customer service.
Permanent jobs - Monday to Friday 40hrs pw - Salary up to £28k + bonus + benefits.

JOB DUTIES
 
The Wet Room Installer Job will involve the following;

Installing new wet rooms by removing existing bathroom suites, wall tiles & flooring & plaster walls as required. Alter pipework & install level access tray. Level & lay new sheets including up-stands and welds.
Tile walls and install showers, WHB & new close coupled WC pan & cisterns.
Remove walls & cupboards as required & decorate the room once completed.
Ensure that all customer homes are maintained to the highest possible standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met & provide a high standard of service to all customers.
Carry out works in accordance with current Building Regulations, Health & Safety Legislation and Association timescales.
Ensure all PPE equipment issued is accounted for at all times and kept safe and secure. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates for the Wet Room Installer Job will be multi skilled and have experience in Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Wall tiling, Decorating, Vinyl Sheet Flooring including up-stands and welds.
Preferably have experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in housing services.
Knowledge of relevant construction, building regulations and health & safety.
Have good numeracy and literacy skills & be customer focused.
Full UK driving licence is required for the Wet Room Installer Job.
