Blade Recruitment is looking for a talented BMS Electrician for an exciting opportunity with a top UK FM Company. The BMS Electrician will be based near Cally Road, London N7 working in a maintenance team, responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, the BMS Electrician job role is a shift position, 12 hour shifts, 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off paying up to £47k pa.

Job Duties

The BMS Electrician job role will be responsible for planned and reactive building maintenance including monitoring of the BMS system.

Electrical Fault Finding and repairs, attending to call outs, 1 in 8 weeks.

BMS Electrician will be required to attend to: PPMs and Reactive maintenance, Monitoring of BMS system, FCUs, AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Changing filters, Pressurisation Units, hot and cold water supply, temperature checks, VAVs, VRVs and Water Treatment.

Job Requirements

The successful BMS Electrician will have a good understanding of facilities and building maintenance and a proven track record having worked as a BMS Electrician in a previous role.

The BMS Electrician will ideally be time served and have good BMS Controls experience.

The BMS Electrician will ideally have a driver's licence and an excellent knowledge of health and safety.

The BMS Electrician will be Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 1, 2 & 3, have an In depth understanding of BMS systems and be Multi-skilled.

Job Location

The BMS Electrician will be based near the Caledonian Road tube station, London N7.

In return the company is offering the BMS Electrician a competitive salary paying up to £47,000 pa DOE, regular overtime, training and career progression, healthcare and medical.
