This is an exciting Facilities Manager job opportunity based in the City, near Cannon Street Station in London , the job role is for a city business centre, and ideally the Facilities Manager job will be filled as soon as possible, so candidates with the ability to start immediately wanted.
The Facilities Manager job is paying up to £40,000 pa neg, depending on their job experience, the hours are Monday to Friday 8 to 5 pm and the job role comes with excellent benefits.
Job Duties
The Facilities Manager job will be responsible for:
Managing the tenants and the leases and ensuring the maintenance of the facilities are to standard and achieve maximum rental.
The job includes supervision of all office moves of the various tenants, attending to ingoing and outgoing inspections and taking complete responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the building.
The Facilities Manager job role will oversee small refurbishment projects, manage the maintenance team, arrange the sub contractors.
Manage the IT, telecoms, cleaning & security contractors, review contract renewals and ensure contracts run inline with the KPI’s that are contractual obligations.
The Facilities Manager job role will be responsible for the recruitment of staff for the department, set and adhere to annual budgets, submit monthly reports and attend meetings.
