JOB DUTIES

The Handy Person job will involve the following:

The Handy Person will carry out general maintenance and repairs.



Carry out planned maintenance tasks and minor plumbing.

The Handy Person will be responsible for basin temperature checks and adjusting TMV’s.

The Handy Person will also carry out emergency lighting tests.

The Handy Person may also be required to carry out some gardening and window restrictors checks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for Handy Person jobs will have experience working in a commercial or healthcare environment.

Preferably have good knowledge of plumbing maintenance.

The Handy Person will be required to have an enhanced DBS check.

Suitable candidates for Handy Person jobs will be available to start immediately.

JOB LOCATION

Handy Person jobs based near to Gravesend Station in Kent, DA11 0HP.

JOB OFFER

Temporary to permanent Handy Person jobs

Pay up to £18.50p/h

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

Overtime available
