Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a job for a Maintenance Electrician to work at a prestigious building based in Camden, London.

Permanent job role offering up to £30k pa + benefits. M-F 8-4 + call outs.

Job Duties

• The Maintenance Electrician job role will involve
• Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance to electrical equipment.
• The Maintenance Electrician job will also include assisting the maintenance team with general building maintenance and repairs, such as minor plumbing and basic carpentry.
• Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring maintenance jobs are carried out to H&S regulations.

Job Requirements

• Ideally candidates applying for the Maintenance Electrician role will be a fully qualified Electrician or completed apprenticeship.
• Preferably have multi skilled maintenance experience, previous experience working in a commercial, hospitality or educational environment. 
• The Maintenance Electrician job will require someone with a driving licence.
• Candidates for the Maintenance Electrician job will have excellent communication skills and have basic IT skills.

The Maintenance Electrician job is based near Camden station, London NW1 8NH.
