Maintenance Engineer required for a luxurious hotel based near Gloucester road, London.

Permanent job, salary to £30k + £3k bonus. 

Working 40hrs pw, 5 days out of 7.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the following

• The Maintenance Engineer will carry out basic repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and audio visual plant and equipment throughout the hotel.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will respond to reactive maintenance issues.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will carry out painting and decorating.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will follow and adhere to planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will correctly log all job requests, defects and works carried as per the department operations manual.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will carry out audit checks within guest bedrooms.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will deliver an excellent service to guests.

Job Requirements

• The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a hospitality or luxury environment.
  
• Preferably hold qualifications in a building services trade discipline.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will demonstrate an excellent command of the English language.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will be dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement.
  
• The Maintenance Engineer will be able to work alone and use initiative and have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills and be immaculately groomed and exceptionally well presented.
