Permanent Cleaner job available to work mobile for a commercial landscaping company.

Cleaner job covering sites around Kent, Essex, Croydon, NW, SW & West London. 

Pay up to £12p/h + van + mobile phone.

M-F 20-30hrs pw.

Job Duties

The Cleaner job will involve the following duties

• The Cleaner will work at commercial sites located over the South East and some London locations, the Cleaner job will also work at communal areas in blocks of flats, located over the South East London and some London locations.
  
• The Cleaner will sweep & mop all front and rear entrances to the properties and buff all tiled floors and stairs.
  
• The Cleaner will tidy, remove and dispose of all circulars, newspapers and litter from communal areas.
  
• Clean the front door intercom panel (if the site has one).
  
• The Cleaner job will involve meter readings and to keep entrances and meter cupboards are free from obstruction.
  
• The Cleaner will vacuum all carpeted areas, including mats, rugs, etc.
  
• The Cleaner will remove all stains from paintwork, tiles and carpets, where possible or advise if carpet requires a deep clean.
  
• The Cleaner will clean and polish all banister rails, handrails, skirtings, window sills and ledges and stairs. 
  
• The Cleaner will dust all light shades, where accessible via use of traditional stepladders to a maximum height of two metres.
  
• The Cleaner will check all light bulbs and tubes, and replace as necessary, where accessible via use of traditional stepladders to a maximum height of two metres.
  
• The Cleaner will clean all light switches and plug sockets.
  
• Remove all cobwebs and fly trappings.
  
• Clean all internal windows and door glass in common areas to a maximum height of two metres.
  
• Clean and disinfect the refuse areas.
• Lifts (if any) to be hoovered/mopped and glass in lifts cleaned.
  
• The Cleaner job will involve taking photographs of cleaning work carried out.

Job Requirements

Ideally candidates for the Cleaner job will have previous experience working in a similar Cleaner job.

The Cleaner job will require someone with a full clean driving licence.

The Cleaner should be able to demonstrate a focused approach. The Cleaner will be self-motivated and enthusiastic. 

The Cleaner will be physically fit for the Cleaner job in order to cover large sites with lots of stairs.

Job Location

The Cleaner job is mobile, working at commercial sites around South East London and London sites.

Job Offer

Pay up to £12p/h.
