Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a maintenance plumbing job for a commercial estate based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Paying up to £35k pa., working 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm, Mon to Fri, with call-outs.

Job Duties

The maintenance plumbing job will involve mechanical, heating and plumbing related fault-finding, repairs & maintenance of plant.

The maintenance plumbing job includes installation of equipment throughput the various buildings and estates.

The plumbing job role will include assisting other trades, completing planned preventative maintenance, including water temperature readings and shower head cleaning.

Job Requirements

Ideally the candidate for the maintenance plumbing job will be a trade qualified Plumber or Heating Engineer.  Suitable candidates will have previous experience working in a maintenance plumbing job preferably in a commercial environment. 

Ideally the candidate for the plumbing job will have knowledge of heating and plumbing installations.

A full clean driving licence & be able to participate in the out-of-hours response service.

The Maintenance Plumbing job is based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10.

Job Offer

The Maintenance Plumbing job is permanent

M-F, 40 hrs pw, shifts between 8am-6pm.
