Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a temporary ongoing job at a luxury accommodation building based in York, North Yorkshire.

Pay up to £17p/h, M-F 9-5.30

Job Duties

• The Maintenance Technician job will involve carrying out reactive general maintenance repairs for bedrooms, meeting space and public areas.
  
• The Maintenance Technician will carry out small electric jobs, minor painting, tiling and grouting, fixing cabinets or furniture, unlocking safes, installing portable radiators, replacing toilet seats, unblocking sinks and toilets.
  
• The Maintenance Technician may be required to carry out any ad hoc work required by the maintenance team.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Technician job will have previous maintenance experience working in a hotel, hospitality or customer facing environment.

The Maintenance Technician will have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and have good basic maintenance experience.

Someone living locally in York, North Yorkshire will be suitable for the Maintenance Technician job.

The Maintenance Technician job is based near to York station, North Yorkshire YO24 1AB.

Job Offer

The Maintenance Technician job is temporary

Pay up to £17.00 per hour

M-F 9-5.30pm
