Handyman for Islington, London area, required for a temp ongoing job for a growing maintenance company working with a large housing association in Islington, London. Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday paying to £16.50 p/h.

The Handyman for Islington, London will be working mobile, the job is temp ongoing and could lead to a perm job role

Job Duties

The Handyman Islington job will involve the following

• Preventative Planned Maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs including basic electrical repairs, changing lights. Plumbing works, changing taps and washers.
• The Handyman Islington job role will involve carpentry works such as replacing locks and door handles.
• Painting and decorating and general multi skilled handyman jobs.

Job Requirements

Ideally the candidate for the Handyman Islington job will be multi skilled and preferably having similar job experience.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Someone with good presentation skills, customer service experience. Full UK driving licence required. Preferred applicants for the Handyman Islington job will have their own van and tools.
