Blade Recruitment is trying to fill a handyman job for a boutique hotel near Tower Hill in London. Salary to £26k + excellent benefits. The Handyman job role will work early & late shifts, over 5 days a week.

Job Duties

The handyman job role is required to carry out general maintenance, repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry & electrical works. The handyman job will include some painting, minor drywalling and wood trim repairs.

Job duties include the changing of light bulbs and attending to air conditioning filter replacements.

Job Requirements

Candidates for the Handyman job role will ideally be multi-skilled.

The handyman job role would suit someone who is motivated, a self-starter with a pleasant, positive attitude.

The handyman would need to be flexible with working hours & able to adapt to different working conditions, and have the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues that arise.

Ideally the candidates for the handyman job role with have worked in a previous similar job role as a handyman or maintenance technician. Hotel experience would be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will have good basic computer skills, excellent communication skills and ideally have good working references from a similar position for a handyman job role in a hotel or similar environment.

Job Location

The Handyman job is based near to Tower Hill station in London, EC3N 1JL.

Job Offer

The Handyman job is permanent

Paying up to £26k pa

Early & late Shifts 7am-3.30pm & 1.30pm-10pm
