Our client is looking to fill permanent Maintenance Engineer job in London to work at a prestigious property based in Green Park. The Maintenance Engineer job is offering up to £25k + benefits, working shift 8am-4.30pm, 5 days out of 7.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following:

Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.

Weekly gas, electricity and water meter readings and fire alarm tests.

To clean equipment and tools after use and keep the workshop clean.

The Maintenance Engineer job will ensure all maintenance works are carried out to health and safety regulations & maintain maintenance records.

Carry out other job duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. Have excellent grooming standards and good communication skills. Attend training courses as required. Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical maintenance.

The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Green Park station, London W1J 9DZ.

Salary up to £25k pa

Working 40 hrs pw, 5 days out of 7.
