JOB DUTIES OF THE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER SUPERVISOR JOB

The Maintenance Supervisor job will involve being responsible for preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance for the plant & equipment. Involved in all areas of building maintenance & maintenance engineering including mechanical & electrical, hvac, plumbing work, hot & cold water supply, water treatment, carpentry, painting & decorating. Respond to all maintenance issues & supervision of the team in the maintenance department. Recruitment, training & induction of Maintenance Engineers. Responsible for testing of the fire alarm system & regular maintenance checks of rooms & areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER SUPERVISOR JOB

The ideal Maintenance Engineering Supervisor will have supervised a maintenance team in a previous job role, the candidate will be multi skilled, organised, hard working & have a good working background & excellent contactable references. The candidate will live in a commutable distance to the site in London & be well presented with excellent communication skills. Ideally the candidate will have a trade qualification & skilled in both electrical & mechanical maintenance.
