Job Duties

The Building Maintenance job will involve carrying out planned maintenance & reactive maintenance throughout the hotel.

Carry out all room repairs & maintenance, log maintenance records & notify management regarding issues.

General maintenance including basic plumbing. Assisting any onsite maintenance contractors.


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Building Maintenance job will be multi skilled & have knowledge of electrical & plumbing systems.


Preferably the candidate for the Building Maintenance job will have worked in a hotel or hospitality environment.


The Building Maintenance Engineer will be well groomed & have excellent communication skills.


Job Location

The Building Maintenance job is based nr Piccadilly Circus, London W1J 9HP.
