MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB DUTIES

Planning maintenance programmes, overseeing repairs and installation works.

Leading PPM and reactive maintenance services to ensure timely completion.

Carry out inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and conduct risk assessments.

Planning, managing, coordinating projects and maintenance works, producing capital budgets. Recruit and train maintenance team members, provide technical support. Complete monthly energy reports and record.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor job will be qualified in an electrical, mechanical, HVAC trade discipline.

Have previous management experience, project management and budget planning. Have excellent IT and administration skills. 

Be flexible to travel to attend regional and UK meetings.

Good health and safety knowledge.
